- K&N’s Mini Franks Sausage - 10-12 sausages
- Cheddar cheese slices - 10-12
- Beaten eggs - as required
- Bread crumbs - 1 cup
- Oil - for frying
- Dough - as required
Take the prepared dough and roll into a flat circle. Cut 10-12 small circles from it.
Thaw K&N’s Mini Franks Sausage as per instructions on pack.
Take small circular dough and place a cheese slice on it. Place K&N’s Mini Franks Sausage on it and wrap the dough into a toffee shape.
Dip the prepared sausage toffee into beaten eggs and coat in breadcrumbs.
Deep fry until crispy and golden brown.
Your Cheesy Sausage Toffees are ready. Serve and enjoy.
- All-purpose flour - 3 cups
- Semolina - ½ cup
- Oil - 3-4 tbsp
- Sugar - 1 tbsp
- Salt - 1 tsp
- Water - as required
In a bowl add all-purpose flour, semolina, oil, sugar, and salt and mix well. Add water and knead into smooth dough. Let it rest for 15 minutes.
