For Pizza Topping:
- K&N’s Tikka Toppingz - as required
- Pizza sauce - 1 cup
- Oregano for sprinkle
- Olives - 2 tbsp
- Bell pepper - 1/2 cup; diced
- Onion - 1/2 cup; diced
- Sweet corn - 1/4 cup
- Mozzarella cheese - 1 cup
- Cheddar cheese - 1 cup
For Naan:
- All-purpose flour - 1 cup
- Baking soda - 1/4 tsp
- Sugar - 1/4 tsp
- Yogurt - 1/4 cup
- Salt - to taste
- Oil - 1 tbsp
- Lukewarm water (for kneading)
Prepare K&N’s Tikka Toppingz as per instructions on pack. Set aside.
In a bowl add flour, baking soda, salt, sugar, oil, yogurt and mix it well. Gradually add water and knead to a soft tacky dough.
Grease it with oil. Cover and set aside for at least 2 to 3 hours.
Divide dough into 4 equal sizes and make balls. Cover again with damp cloth and rest it for 15 to 20 minutes. Take one ball, roll it out and punch marks with a fork.
Heat a flat pan. Place the rolled out naan and cook on low medium flame from both sides.
Add pizza sauce evenly in the center of naan then spread K&N’s Tikka Topping.
Add some mozzarella cheese, cheddar cheese and top it with olives, bell pepper and sweet corns properly.
Cover it with mozzarella cheese, cheddar cheese and sprinkle oregano on top.
Cover the pan and cook it on low flame for 10 to 15 minutes.
Your tikka pizza naan is ready to serve.
