- K&N’s Fajita Toppingz - as required
- Eggs - 2; beaten
- Breadcrumbs - 2 cups
- Samosa patti - 1 pack
- Mozzarella cheese - 1 cup; shredded
- White sauce - as required
- Chili sauce - 1 tbsp
- Oyster sauce - 2 tsp
- Mustard paste - 1 tsp
- Spring onion - 1 cup
Prepare K&N’s Fajita Toppingz as per instructions on pack. Set aside.
In a bowl add white sauce mixture, chili sauce, oyster sauce, mustard paste, spring onion, and mix well.
Take 2 Samosa Patti and place it crosswise.
Add prepared filling, K&N’s Fajita Toppingz, mozzarella cheese then prepared filling again in center.
Fold the samosa pattis in box shape and seal it well with (water flour) mixture. Coat patties in egg and bread crumbs.
In a pan, heat oil and fry until golden brown from both side.
Serve with ketchup or chili garlic sauce.
- K&N’s Stok - 1 cube
- Butter - 2 tbsp
- Onion - 1/2 tbsp; chopped
- Flour - 2 tbsp
- Milk - 1 ½ cup
- Salt - to taste
- White Pepper - 1 tsp
- Mixed Herbs - 1 tsp
- Garlic Powder - 1 tsp
- Black Pepper - 1/2 tsp
- Yellow Capsicum -1/4 cup; chopped
- Red Capsicum - 1/4 cup; chopped
- All-purpose flour -1 tbsp; mixed in water
In a pan melt butter then add onion and sauté it for 2 minutes.
Add flour and cook for 1-2 minutes. Gradually add milk (whisk continuously).
Add K&N’s Stok cube and cook for 2 to 3 minutes or until thick, on medium low flame.
Add salt, white pepper, mixed herbs, garlic powder, black pepper and mix well.
Add yellow and red bell pepper, mix well and set aside.
