- K&N’s Pepperoni Slices - 30-32 Pepperoni
- K&N’s Qeema - 500g
- Tortillas - 2
- Oil - 2 tbsp
- Onion - 1/2 cup; chopped
- Garlic - 1 tsp; chopped
- Green capsicum - 2 tbsp; chopped
- Red capsicum - 2 tbsp; chopped
- Pizza sauce - 3 tbsp
- Salt - as required
- Red chili powder - 1 tsp
- Onion powder - 1 tsp
- Paprika - 1 tsp
- Garlic powder - 1 tsp
- Oregano - 1/2 tsp
- Mozzarella Cheese - 1/2 cup; grated
- Cheddar cheese - 1/2 cup; grated
- Black olives - 1 tbsp; sliced
- Jalapenos - 1 tbsp
- Butter - 1 tbsp; melted
In a pan, heat oil, add garlic and onion and cook until translucent.
Add salt, red chili powder, onion powder, paprika, garlic powder, oregano, pizza sauce and cook for 2 to 3 minutes.
Add K&N’s Qeema, water as required and let it simmer on medium low flame for 10 to 15 minutes.
Add green capsicum and red capsicum and mix well.
Prepare K&N’s Pepperoni Slices as per instructions on pack.
Take tortillas, spread chicken mixture on top, sprinkle mozzarella and cheddar cheese.
Add olives, jalapenos and K&N’s Pepperoni Slices on top. Cover with second tortilla.
Brush melted butter on tortilla and bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 2 to 3 minutes or until cheese melts.
Slice into quarters, serve and enjoy.
