- K&N’s Pepperoni Slices - 12 Pepperoni
- K&N’s Boneless Handi - 500g
- All-purpose flour - 3/4 cup
- Oregano - 1/2 tsp; dried
- Milk - 3/4 cup
- Egg – 1; beaten
- Cheddar cheese - 1/2 cup; shredded
- Salt - to taste
- Baking powder - 1/2 tsp
- Black pepper - 2 tsp
- Pizza sauce - 1 cup
- Basil - 2 tbsp; chopped
In a pan, heat water and boil K&N’s Boneless Handi for 10 to 15 minutes.
Let it cool then shred the chicken and set aside.
Prepare K&N’s Pepperoni Slices as per instructions on pack and set aside.
In a bowl, mix all-purpose flour, oregano, milk, egg, cheddar cheese, salt, black pepper and shredded chicken.
Take muffin tray and pour one scoop of the dough, place K&N’s Pepperoni Slice on top.
Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 20 minutes or until light golden brown.
Warm pizza sauce, sprinkle basil on top and your sauce is ready.
Serve pizza puff with sauce and enjoy.
