- K&N's Pepperoni Slices - 150-160 slices/1 pack
- Pasta Sauce – 1½ cup
- Bell pepper– ¼ cup; finely diced
- Onion – ½ cup; finely chopped
- Green Chillies – ¼ cup; finely chopped
- Lasagna Sheets – 12-14; blanched
- Mozzarella Cheese – as required; grated
Thaw K&N's Pepperoni Slices as per instructions on pack and set aside.
Mix pasta sauce, bell pepper, onion, and green chillies.
In baking dish spread pasta sauce mixture and add a single layer of Pepperoni Slices. Then layer with lasagna sheets and spread cheese mixture over them. Repeat step to make 3 layers.
Sprinkle chopped onion, capsicum and generous amount of mozzarella cheese. Finally top with Pepperoni Slices and bake at 180°C for 45 minutes.
Dish out and serve warm.
- Cream Cheese – 1½ cup
- Egg – 1
- Black Pepper Powder – 1 tsp
- Mozzarella Cheese – ½ cup; grated
- Parmesan Cheese – ½ cup; grated
In a bowl, mix cream cheese, egg and black pepper. Add mozzarella and parmesan cheese and mix again.
