- K&N’s Kafta Kabab - 16-18 Kababs
- Green bell pepper - 1/4 cup; chopped
- Onion - 1/2 cup; chopped
- Garlic cloves – 2; minced
- Oil - 2 tbsp
- Salt - to taste
- Black pepper - 1 tbsp
- Italian seasoning - 1 tsp
- Spaghetti pasta - 1 pack
- Eggs – 2; beaten
- Parmesan cheese - 1/2 cup; grated
- Mozzarella cheese - 1¼ cup; shredded
- Pasta sauce - 1 cup
- Coriander leaves for garnish.
For Italian Seasoning:
- Oregano - 3 tbsp; dried
- Basil - 3 tbsp; dried
- Thyme - 2 tbsp; dried
- Rosemary - 2 tbsp; dried
- Garlic powder - 2 tsp
- Onion powder - 1 tsp
- Salt - 1/2 tsp
Prepare K&N’s Kafta Kabab as per instructions on pack.
In a pan heat oil, sauté onion and garlic for 2 minutes.
Add pasta sauce, salt, black pepper, Italian seasoning and cook for 10 minutes.
In a pot boil water, cook spaghetti as per pack instructions. Once cooked, drain, rinse with cold water and pat dry.
Add cooked spaghetti, beaten eggs, parmesan cheese in a separate bowl and mix it well.
Press the spaghetti mixture into the bottom of a greased baking pan.
Add 3/4 cup mozzarella cheese on top, place cooked K&N’s Kafta Kabab on cheese and cover it with pasta sauce.
Add remaining mozzarella cheese and sprinkle green bell pepper on top.
Bake in preheated oven for 20 minutes at 180°C.
Remove from oven, let it cool a bit, garnish with coriander leaves and serve.
