Ingredients
- K&N's Jumbo Frank Sausage with cheese and onion - 4 sausages
- Mozzarella cheese - 1 cup; shredded
- Parsley - 1 tsp; chopped
- Onion - 4 tbsp; chopped
- Chilli sauce - 4 tsp
- Tomato sauce - 2 tbsp
- Garlic - 4 tsp; chopped and sautéed
Method
Slightly thaw K&N's Jumbo Frank Sausage as per instructions on pack and slit lengthwise, keeping them from getting detached.
Lightly grill the sausages.
Top 2 grilled halved sausages with ½ cup cheese.
Sprinkle parsley over cheese and gently add chopped onion to both.
Pour chilli sauce and tomato sauce.
Top each with remaining cheese, parsley and sautéed garlic.
Top with remaining grilled sausages and bake at 250°C for 1-2 minutes in a preheated oven.
