- K&N’s Fajita Toppingz - as required
- Mozzarella cheese - as required
- Oil - 1 tbsp
- Bell pepper - 1/4 cup; chopped
- Onion - 1/4 cup; chopped
- Green chillies - 1 tbsp; chopped
In a pan, heat oil, add bell pepper, onion, green chillies, salt and sauté for 1 to 2 minutes.
Add K&N’s Fajita Toppingz in it and cook for 2 to 3 minutes more.
Divide the prepared kachori dough into small size balls.
Roll out each dough ball, top it with prepared K&N’s Fajita Toppingz, mozzarella cheese and seal it like a ball again.
Roll out the kachori using a rolling pin or hands and deep fry in hot oil.
Fry on medium low flame until golden brown from both sides.
Serve fresh fajita kachori with ketchup and chillies garlic sauce.
- All-purpose flour - 2 cups
- Salt - 1/2 tsp
- Carom seeds - 1/4 tsp
- Oil - 2 tbsp
- Water - as required
Add all-purpose flour, salt, carom seeds, and oil in a bowl and mix well.
Add water and knead medium soft dough. Rest it for 30 minutes.
