For Filling:
- K&N’s Fajita Toppingz - as required
- Onion - 1/4 cup; chopped
- Bell pepper - 1/4 cup; chopped
- Red bell pepper - 1/4 cup; chopped
- Green chilies - 1 tbsp; chopped
- Chili sauce - 1 tbsp
- Oil - 1 tbsp
For Flour Batter:
- All-purpose flour - 1/2 cup
- Black pepper powder - 1/2 tsp
- Salt - a pinch
- Water - as required
For Sweet and Sour Sauce:
- Sugar - 1/4 cup
- Garlic - 1 tsp; chopped
- Ginger - 1 tsp; chopped
- Red chili flakes - 1 tbsp
- Salt - to taste
- Apple cider vinegar - 2 tbsp
- Water - 1/4 cup
- Ketchup - 2 tsp
- Slurry (cornstarch and water) - 2 tbsp
For Assembling:
- Samosa Patti - 1 pack
- Breadcrumbs - as required
- All-purpose flour - 2 tbsp; mixed in water
- Oil for frying
For Filling:
In a pan, heat oil, add onion and sauté for a minute.
Add capsicum, green chilies, chili sauce and cook for 2-3 minutes.
Add K&N’s Fajita Toppingz and cook for 2 to 3 minutes more. Your filling is ready. Set aside.
For Flour Batter:
Add flour, salt and black pepper in a pan
Add water and make a normal consistency paste. Set aside.
For Sweet and Sour Sauce:
In a pan add sugar, garlic, ginger, red chili flakes, salt, apple cider vinegar, water and ketchup.
Cook for at least 5 minutes, then add slurry and cook for another 2 minutes and whisk well.
Assembling:
Take a samosa Patti (sheet) and fold it by using flour mixture at the corner.
Fill it with prepared K&N’s Fajita Toppingz and close the edge using flour mix.
Dip the samosas in flour batter and then coat with bread crumbs.
In a pan, heat oil and fry samosas until light golden brown.
Serve your tasty crumbed fajita samosas with sauce and enjoy.
