- K&N’s Fajita Toppingz - as required
- K&N’s Stok - 1 cube
- Pasta - 1 cup
- Oil - 2 tbsp
- Red bell pepper - 1/2 cup; julienned
- Green bell pepper - 1/2 cup; julienned
- Tomato puree - 1/2 cup
- Onion - 1/2 cup; sliced
- Oyster sauce - 1 tbsp
- Chili sauce - 1 tbsp
- Salt - to taste
- White pepper - 1/2 tsp
- Black pepper - 1/2 tsp
- Garlic - 1 tsp
- Cheddar cheese - as required; grated
- Oregano - 1 tsp; dried
In a pan of slightly salted water boil pasta until fully cooked. Rinse in cold water and set aside.
In skillet, heat oil, add garlic, onion and sauté it for a minute.
Add tomato puree, oyster sauce, chili sauce, salt, black pepper, white pepper and cook for 5 - 6 minutes.
Add red bell pepper, green bell pepper and cook for another 2 - 3 minutes.
Defrost K&N’s Fajita Toppingz as per instructions on pack and add to the pan.
Add boiled pasta; give it a good mix, then sprinkle cheese and oregano on top.
Cover and cook on low flame for 2 to 3 minutes or until the cheese melts.
Your tasty cheesy fajita pasta is ready to serve.
