Ingredients
  • K&N's Chicken Tikka Chunks - 200g
  • Cooking Oil - 2 tbsp
  • Onion - ½ cup chopped
  • Mushroom - 2 cups; sliced
  • All Purpose Flour - ½ tbsp
  • Milk - ½ cup
  • Salt - to taste
  • Black Pepper Powder - ½ tsp
  • Cheddar Cheese - ½ cup; grated
  • Parsley - 2 tsp; chopped
  • Bread - 4 slices
  • Butter - as required
  • Bell Pepper - to garnish; finely diced
  • Cherry Tomatoes - to garnish
  • Mozzarella Cheese - as required; grated

 

Method

Heat K&N's Chicken Tikka Chunks as per instructions on pack and set aside.

Sauté onion and mushroom in oil and add flour, milk, salt, pepper and cheddar cheese. Stir till cheese melts.

Add Chicken Tikka Chunks and parsley.

Spread butter on bread and top with chicken and mushroom spread. Garnish with bell pepper, cherry tomatoes and mozzarella cheese.

Bake at 180°C till cheese melts, and serve.
