- K&N's Chapli Kabab - 4-6 kababs
- Italian bread - 4-6; sliced
- Garlic mayo sauce - as required
- Coleslaw - as required
- Cheddar cheese slices - 2-3
- French fries - as required
- Tomato - as required; sliced
For Coleslaw:
- Mayonnaise - 1 cup
- Cabbage - 1 cup; shredded
- Carrot - ½ cup; julienned
- Lemon juice - 1 tbsp
- Salt - ½ tsp or to taste
- Black pepper powder - ½ tsp
- Icing sugar - 1½ tsp
Fry K&N’s Chapli Kabab as per instructions on pack. Set aside.
Toast the Italian bread on a preheated pan until crispy. Set aside.
Take a bread slice, spread garlic mayo sauce and place a Chapli Kabab.
Top it with cheddar cheese slice, French fries, coleslaw and tomato slices.
Place another bread slice on top and serve.
For Coleslaw:
In a bowl, add mayonnaise, cabbage, carrot, lemon juice, salt, black pepper powder, icing sugar and mix it well. Refrigerate for 2 hours at least before using.

- Garlic - ½ tbsp; chopped
- Parsley - 2 tsp; chopped
- Salt - ¼ tsp or to taste
- Black pepper powder - ¼ tsp
Add all the ingredients in a bowl, mix well and set aside. Your garlic mayo sauce is ready.
