Ingredients
- K&N's Chapli Kabab - 2 kababs
- Vegetable oil - 2 tbsp
- Garlic mayonnaise - 2 tbsp
- Pita bread - 1
Salad
- Lettuce - 200 grams
- Tomatoes - 2; diced
- Cucumber - ½; thinly sliced
- Spring onion - 1; sliced
Method
Fry K&N's Chapli Kabab as per instructions on pack.
Meanwhile, toast the pita bread and halve. Slice along the straight edge to form two pockets.
Fill the pita pockets with freshly cooked Chapli Kababs and garlic mayonnaise.
Add lettuce, tomatoes, cucumber and spring onions.
Serve hot.
