Ingredients
  • K&N's Chapli Kabab - 4 kababs
  • Brinjal - 250 grams; sliced
  • Bell pepper - 1; ring slices
  • Black pepper - 1 pinch; freshly ground
  • Tomato puree - 6 tbsp
  • Bread crumbs - ¼ cup
  • Fresh parsley - ½ tbsp; chopped
  • Salt - ½ tsp or to taste
  • Cooking oil - 1 tsp

 

Method

Layer an ovenproof dish with 2 frozen K&N's Chapli Kabab, 3 bell pepper rings, 3 brinjal slices.

Repeat the layering.

Sprinkle black pepper and pour tomato puree.

Sprinkle bread crumbs, parsley and salt.

Drizzle cooking oil all across the plate.

Bake in a preheated oven, for 15 minutes, at 250°C and serve.
