Ingredients
  • K&N's Breakfast Franks - 7
  • Pizza dough - 1
  • Olive oil - 2 tsp
  • Pizza sauce - 1 tbsp
  • Mushroom - ⅓ cup; sliced
  • Capsicum - 1 tbsp; julienned
  • Dried oregano - 1 tsp
  • Pizza cheese - ½ cup; grated

 

Method

Slightly thaw K&N's Breakfast Franks as per instructions on pack and dice all but 2 franks.

Place pizza dough on flat surface and grease with olive oil.

Spread pizza sauce and add diced K&N's Breakfast Franks, mushrooms and capsicum.

Sprinkle dried oregano leaves and grated cheese on one half of the bread.

Fold the dough over, covering the filling and seal its edges by pressing together with a spoon or fork.

Sprinkle grated cheese, score 2 franks and place at the top.

Set to bake, in a preheated oven, at 250°C for 10 minutes.

Grease the baked pizza with olive oil and serve.
