Ingredients
  • K&N's Breakfast Franks - 6
  • Eggs - 4
  • Black Pepper Powder - ½ tsp
  • Salt - to taste
  • Cream - 2 tbsp
  • Cheddar Cheese - ½ cup; grated
  • Parmesan Cheese - ½ cup; grated
  • Red bell pepper - ½ cup; finely diced
  • Green Onion - ½ cup; finely chopped
  • French Bread - 1

 

Method

Thaw K&N's Breakfast Franks as per instructions on pack and dice.

Separately mix eggs, black pepper powder, salt, cream, and cheddar cheese, and parmesan cheese, red bell pepper, green onion, and diced Breakfast Franks.

Take French bread and scoop the top such as to make a bread boat.

Fill with egg and frank mixture and bake at 180°C for 25 minutes.

Serve fresh for breakfast or tea.
