For Filling:
- K&N’s Breakfast Sausage - 8 sausages
- Spinach - 1 cup; boiled
- Parmesan cheese - 1/2 cup
- Mozzarella cheese - 1 cup
- Lasagna sheets - 8; boiled
- Oregano - 1 tsp; dried
For White Sauce:
- K&N’s Stok - 1 cube
- Flour - 2 tbsp
- Butter - 2 tbsp
- Milk - 1 cup
- White pepper - 1 tsp
- Nutmeg powder - 1 pinch
- Garlic -2 tbsp; chopped
- Salt - to taste
Thaw K&N’s Breakfast Sausage as per instructions on pack and set aside.
In a bowl, mix the boiled spinach, parmesan and half cup mozzarella. Set aside.
In a pan, melt butter, sauté garlic, add flour and mix well.
Add milk, K&N’s Stok, white pepper, salt and nutmeg and cook for 5 to 8 minutes, until thick.
Set aside half of the sauce and in other half add spinach mixture and mix it well.
Take boiled lasagna sheets; spread spinach mixture evenly on it. Place a K&N’s Breakfast Sausage on top and roll it.
In a baking dish, spread the other half of white sauce, place K&N’s Breakfast Sausage rolls on top.
Sprinkle half cup mozzarella cheese and oregano on top.
Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 5 to 6 minutes until cheese melts.
Your Sausage Cannelloni is ready to serve.
