Ingredients
  • K&N's Breakfast Franks - 2
  • Olive oil - 1 tbsp
  • Eggs - 2
  • Parsley - 1 tsp; for garnishing

 

Method

Thaw K&N's Breakfast Franks as per instructions on pack, and slice them as desired.

Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat and add Breakfast Franks. Gently fry while turning until they are browned on all sides.

Fry 2 eggs (sunny side up).

Transfer to a plate and garnish with parsley and olives.

Serve with toasted bread or pita bread.
