Ingredients
  • K&N’s Bologna Slices – 9 slices
  • Eggs - 4
  • Salt - to taste
  • Black Pepper Powder - ½ tsp
  • Crushed Red Chilli - ¼ tsp
  • Spring Onion - ¼ cup; chopped
  • Milk - 2 tbsp
  • Cheddar Cheese Slice - as required

 

Method

Thaw K&N’s Bologna Slices as per instructions on pack and set aside.

In a bowl add eggs, salt, black pepper, crushed red chilli, and spring onion.

Slice 3 Bologna Slices into chunks and add to eggs. Add milk and mix well.

Place remaining Bologna Slices in muffin tray and fill with egg mixture. Bake at 200°C for 10-12 minutes.

Once baked, lay a small slice of cheddar cheese on each cup and bake till cheese melts.

Serve warm for breakfast or tea-time.
