Ingredients
  • K&N's Combo Wings - 425g
  • K&N’s STOK - 1 cube
  • Olive Oil - 1 tbsp
  • Butter - 1 tbsp
  • Water - 1/2 cup
  • Onion - 1/4 cup; finely chopped
  • Garlic - 1 tsp; minced
  • Mushrooms - 1/2 cup; finely sliced
  • Salt - to taste
  • White pepper - 1/2 tsp
  • Black pepper - 1/2 tsp
  • Cream - 1/2 cup
  • Thyme - 1/2 tsp; dried
Method

Prepare K&N’s Combo Wings as per instructions on pack.

In a pan heat olive oil, add butter, garlic and cook for a minute. Add onion and cook for another minute.

Add mushrooms and fry until golden-brown.

Add water and K&N’s STOK. Season it with salt, white pepper, black pepper and thyme.

Add cream and let simmer for 4 to 5 minutes.

Add K&N’s Combo Wings in the gravy; mix well and set aside.

  • Olive Oil - 2 tbsp
  • Garlic - 1 tsp; minced
  • Rice - 1 cup; boiled
  • Black pepper - 1 tsp
  • Soya Sauce - 1 tsp
  • Salt - to taste
Method

In a pan, add olive oil; add garlic and sauté until golden brown.

Add boiled rice and mix it well.

Add black pepper, soya sauce and salt; cover and let simmer for 5 to 6 minutes.

Your rice is ready; serve with mushroom gravy and enjoy.
