Ingredients

     

    For Wings:

  • K&N's Combo Wings - 425g
  • Red bell pepper - 1 cup; diced
  • Chili oil - 2 tbsp
  • Green onion for garnish; choppe
  •  

    For Dragon Sauce:

  • Chili oil - 2 tbsp
  • Garlic - 1 tbsp; grated
  • Brown sugar - 6 tbsp
  • Red chili powder - 1 tsp
  • Lemon juice - 2 tbsp
  • Salt - to taste
  • Sriracha sauce - 1 tbsp
  • Tomato paste - 1/3 cup
  • Water - 1 cup
  •  

    For Fried Rice:

  • Oil - 2 tbsp
  • Rice - 1 cup
  • Salt - to taste
  • Carrot - 1/2 cup; finely chopped
  • Bell pepper - 1/2 cup; finely chopped
  • Green onion for garnish
  • Egg omelet – of 2 eggs
  • Black pepper - 1 tsp
  • Soy sauce - 1 tsp
  • Garlic - 1 tbsp; chopped
  •  

Method

For Wings:

In a pan heat chili oil and sauté red bell pepper for a minute and set aside.

Prepare K&N's Combo Wings as per instructions on pack and set aside.

 

For Dragon Sauce:

 

In a pan, heat chili oil, add garlic, red chili powder and sauté for a minute. Add water and let simmer for 2 to 3 minutes.

Add brown sugar, lemon juice, salt, sriracha sauce, tomato paste and cook for 4 to 5 minutes.

Add sautéd red bell pepper, prepared K&N's Combo Wings in sauce and mix well.

 

For Fried Rice:

 

In a pan bring water to boil, add rice, salt, one tbsp oil and cook until 80% done.

In another pan heat 2tbsp oil and sauté garlic. Add carrot, bell pepper and cook for a minute.

Add boiled rice, black pepper, soy sauce, omelet and green onion. Cook for 2 to 3 minutes.

Your rice is ready. Serve with dragon wings and enjoy.
