For the white mushroom sauce, melt butter in a pan.
Add chopped onions and sauté for 3 minutes. Add flour and continue cooking until the mixture is golden brown.
Add mushrooms, milk and chicken stock to the pan and season with salt and pepper.
Prepare K&N's Combo Wings as per instructions on pack.
Add to the mushroom sauce, turning heat to low. Allow to simmer for about 10 minutes.
Sprinkle with fresh dill or coriander and serve warm.
