Ingredients
  • K&N’s Breakfast Sausages - 24 sausages
  • Butter mixture - as required
  • All-purpose flour - 3 cups
  • Oil - 2-3 tbsp
  • Yeast mixture - as required
  •  

    For Yeast Mixture

  • Lukewarm water - 1½ cup
  • Yeast - 2 tsp
Method

In a bowl, add all-purpose flour, oil and yeast mixture. Knead into soft dough and let it rest until dough rises.

Roll out dough into a flat rectangle and cut small rectangular strips, enough to hold a sausage. Brush the butter mixture on the strips.

Thaw K&N’s Breakfast Sausages as per instructions on pack.

Roll each sausage in the dough strip, covering the center of the sausage (leaving both end clear).

Place the rolled sausages vertically in a greased baking pan and brush with butter mixture.

Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 5-10 minutes. Serve.

 

For Yeast Mixture

In a glass jar add water, yeast and mix well. Cover and let it rest for 5-7 minutes.

Butter Mixture
Ingredients
  • Butter - 3 tbsp; melted
  • Italian seasoning - 1 tbsp
  • Garlic powder - 1 tsp
  • Red chilli flakes - 1 tsp
  • Salt - 1 tsp
Method

In a bowl, add melted butter, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, red chilli flakes and salt. Mix well.
