Ingredients
  • K&N's Breakfast Franks - 8
  • Olive Oil - 2 tbsp
  • Tomatoes - ¼ cup; medium diced
  • Pesto Pasta - 1½ cup; boiled
  • Pesto Sauce - ¼ cup
Method

Thaw K&N's Breakfast Franks as per instructions on pack, slice and set aside.

Heat oil and gently sauté tomatoes. Then add Pesto pasta and sauce, cook for 2 minutes.

Add sliced Breakfast Franks; continue to stir and cook for 1 minute.

Garnish with parmesan cheese and serve warm.

Pesto Sauce:
Ingredients
  • Fresh Basil - ¼ cup
  • Salt - to taste
  • White Pepper Powder - 1 tsp
  • Garlic - 4 cloves
  • Parmesan Cheese - 1½ tbsp; grated
  • Cashew Nuts - ¼ cup; unroasted
  • Olive Oil - ¼ cup
Method

Mix and grind ingredients into a thick sauce.
