Ingredients
  • K&N's Croquettes - 25-27 croquettes
  • Chicken Stock - 2 cups; 2 cubes K&N's Stok dissolved in 2 cup water
  • Cooking Oil - ¼ cup
  • Garlic - 3 tsp; crushed
  • Plain Flour - 1 tbsp
  • Paprika Powder - 1 tsp
  • Mushrooms - ½ cup; sliced
  • Salt - 1 tsp or to taste
  • Parsley - 1 tsp; finely chopped
  • Vinegar - 2 tbsp
  • Sour Cream - ½ cup
  • Red Capsicum - 2 tbsp; sliced
  • Olive Oil - 1 tbsp
Method

In a pan, heat oil, and sauté garlic for 2-3 minutes.

Add flour, paprika powder, mushrooms, chicken stock, salt, ½ tsp chopped parsley, vinegar and sour cream, cooking and stirring for 20-30 seconds between each ingredient, to blend flavours.

Let simmer to a boil.

Deep fry K&N's Croquettes as per instructions on pack and add to the pan along with red capsicum and remaining parsley. Add olive oil and leave to cook for few minutes till the sauce is slightly thicker.

Serve with a bowl of rice.
