For Chilli Mayo Sauce:
Fry K&N’s Chapli Kabab as per instructions on pack.
Take 2 bread slices and cut them with a round cutter while removing the edges.
Cut one round bread slice from the center to form a ring shape.
On the round bread slice, spread chilli mayo sauce and place a Chapli Kabab. place the ring shaped slice over this.
Fill the pizza mixture in the center and top it with mozzarella cheese. Sprinkle oregano.
Method 1: Bake it at 179°C for 5-10 minutes or until the cheese melts.
Method 2: Brush oil on a pan, place the bread pizza and cover the pan it with a lid. Let it cook until the cheese melts.
Your Cheesy Veg Chapli Kabab is ready.
For Chilli Mayo Sauce:
In a bowl add mayonnaise, ketchup, hot sauce, chilli garlic sauce, soy sauce, salt, black pepper powder, red chilli flakes and mix well. Your chilli mayo sauce is ready, set aside.
Add all the ingredients in a bowl and mix well. Your Pizza mixture is ready. Set aside.
