Ingredients
  • K&N’s Pastrami Strips - as required
  • Tortillas - 8
  • Oil - 1 tbsp
  • Onion - ¼ cup; chopped
  • Red bell pepper - ½ cup; chopped
  • Unsalted butter - 1 tbsp
  • Cheddar cheese - 1 cup; shredded
  • Cheddar cheese slice - as required
Method

Heat oil in a pan; add onion and red bell pepper. Sauté for 2-3 minutes and set it aside.

In a pan, heat butter; add the egg mixture. Scramble them until fully cooked. Add sautéed vegetables, shredded cheddar cheese and cook until cheese melts and set aside.

Thaw K&N’s Pastrami Strips as per instructions on pack.

Lay the tortilla, add a layer of cheddar cheese slices, Pastrami Strips and scrambled eggs. Roll the tortilla wraps tightly.

Heat oil in a pan and toss prepared burrito on the pan. Cook until both sides are golden and crispy. Burrito is ready to serve.

  • Cream - 2 tbsp
  • Black pepper powder - ½ tsp
  • Salt - to taste
  • Tomato - ¼ cup; diced
Method

In a bowl add all the ingredients and whisk well until combined.
