Do not defrost
Frying Pan: Preheat a lightly oiled pan. Fry frozen Chapli Kabab over medium
heat, turning until fully cooked.
Oven: Preheat oven to 230°C. Bake frozen Chapli Kabab on a baking sheet
(turning halfway through baking) for 13-15 minutes or until fully cooked.
