Ready-to-Cook
Storage: Keep frozen.
Cooking Procedure:
Appliances and utensils vary; adjust cooking times accordingly.
For safety, must be cooked to an internal temparature of 74°C as measured by a meat thermometer.
Do not defrost
Wok: Preheat oil to frying temperature (170°C). Deep fry frozen Fillet for 8-10
minutes, or until fully cooked.
OR
Oven: Preheat oven to 210°C. Bake frozen Fillet on a baking sheet for 15
minutes, or until fully cooked.
Caution:
Product should not be fried on high heat; this will cause product to appear dark while leaving
the meat uncooked.
