Spread already thawed product evenly on a plate. Heat (defrost mode) for 3-4 minutes or until hot. Oven: Preheat oven to 150°C (302°F). Spread already thawed product evenly on a baking sheet and place in oven for 2-3 minutes or until hot. Frying Pan: Preheat a non-stick or lightly oiled pan. Spread already thawed product in the pan turning them gently through heating over medium heat.
