Do not defrost

Karahi (Wok): Preheat oil to frying temperature (170°C). Deep fry frozen Hot Tenders for 2 minutes 30 seconds to 2 minutes 45 seconds or until fully cooked.
OR
Oven: Preheat oven to 210°C. Bake frozen Hot Tenders on a baking sheet for 6 minutes, or until fully cooked.
